    This week, we hosted a training session for COSMO5 Media Squad team to introduce our most recent features, and also asked a couple questions to Laura Foulon to better understand how Armada fits into her team's routine.

    Q: Can you introduce yourself and your role?

    Laura: I've been working for the COSMO5 Group for three years. For two years, I was Head of the B2B division at Labelium France, where we supported both leadgen and e‑commerce clients on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc. For the past year, I've launched a team called the Media Squad, an operational expert team on the different platforms.

    Q: What was the main challenge you had on Meta before using Armada?

    Laura: The big problem we had operationally on Meta is simply how the platform is structured, which is quite heavy. As soon as you have to create campaigns, ad sets or ads, you're quickly blocked operationally… the setup is very time‑consuming. There are lots of small options hidden or activated by default… and if you don't have a perfect knowledge of the platform, it's easy to get lost and to build setups the client did not ask for. This led to:

    • Wrong or unwanted formats
    • Wrong placements
    • Setups not aligned with the client's brief

    Q: How did the rollout of Armada go?

    Laura: Very quickly, hand in hand with Olivier, who helped us from the start to create our workspace and connect our different MCCs. That was a key point for us because we work at the crossroads of several agencies, with a lot of confidentiality clauses to respect. Armada allows us to work in a clearly separated way between agencies and not mix accounts.

    Q: Did you face any friction at the beginning?

    Laura: At the beginning, since the platform was very new, some formats were not available. That slowed down our adoption because it was difficult not to manage the full campaign lifecycle in one place. We discussed the most important formats for us and the team shipped them very quickly. Today, we can run almost all formats directly from Armada, which means we don't have to juggle between Armada and Meta.

    Laura: The immediate gain is reliability in the setup. It allows us, in a single glance, to make sure the selected placements are the right ones and that we haven't missed any formats, especially between feed, stories or Reels. It saves us not only time, but also errors in the setup.
